I'm living with Charlotte and Mr Collins for now several days and I cannot believe all that's happening to me. There's this snobbish woman Mrs. Catherine de Bourgh who's Mr. Collins patroness. Well I guess the apple does not fall far from the three so I'm not really amazed by the fact that she's his patroness. Nevertheless, this is not the surprising thing. Here it is: as I was in the house almost sick of the snobbish lady, who I think believes that she knows everything and what's best and is abusing me and my family every time we visit her. So as I was resting in one of the rooms and suddenly a made came and said Mr Darcy came to see me. Well he came and told me that he loved me!!! Can you believe it!!! After all his abusing acts and words he finally comes to me and says- I love you! I rejected him but who wouldn't he didn't even try to make a romantic or adequate proposal, he started saying things like: "I cannot hold my feelings although you're poor, you're a human and etc." He didn't say it in the exact same way but still that was the core of what he said. Nevertheless, I wander what was that "You're a human!" all about, is he thinking that he's better than me and he's some kind of a better creature?
